1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bettingapp.one through a web browser, the downloaded Android APK or the iOS Safari PWA, or by registering an account, you enter into a binding agreement with BettingApp.one under these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all use of the platform, including Sports Betting on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, all titles in the Game Lobby, the Bingo section, the VIP Programme and all account and payment functions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use BettingApp.one you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. BettingApp.one is strictly an adult platform and does not permit anyone under 18 to register or participate in any activity on the platform.
• You are registering for yourself and will use the account solely for your own personal use. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You have not previously had an account on BettingApp.one closed, suspended or self-excluded. Each person is entitled to one active account. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.
• You are not acting in a professional betting capacity or using automated systems, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• The information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is accurate and complete. Providing false information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances.

BettingApp.one reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during account use, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3. Account Rules

Your BettingApp.one account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately via the in-app chat or the help section.
• You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person under any circumstances.
• All activity recorded on your account — bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been carried out by you unless you have reported unauthorised access in a timely manner.
• BettingApp.one may close or suspend an account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, identity theft or any other irregular activity.
• Accounts that have had no activity — no login, deposit or wager — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. BettingApp.one will attempt to notify you before any action is taken on an inactive account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances, deposits and withdrawals on BettingApp.one are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistan users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Pakistani debit cards and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. No currency conversion takes place at any stage.

• The minimum deposit amount is shown in the Cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a verification check before they are processed. Processing times shown above begin after verification is complete.
• BettingApp.one does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges that are outside our control.
• Deposits made using a bonus or promotional offer may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. These requirements will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

5. Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section of BettingApp.one covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test series and ODIs), Football, Esports and other available sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet placed cannot be cancelled or amended unless specifically permitted by a promotion, a feature available on the bet slip, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred on our side.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that event. In most cases, bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published due to a clear technical error — do not constitute a valid market and bets placed on such odds may be voided or resettled at corrected odds.
• In-play (live) betting odds update in real time. During certain moments — such as when a wicket falls in Cricket or a goal is scored in Football — the live betting market may be temporarily suspended. Bets placed immediately before a significant event may be settled at the odds shown at acceptance or voided, depending on timing.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are set to ensure sustainable operations and may vary based on the specific match, market type and your account history.
• BettingApp.one reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the Sports Betting section of an account if irregular or matched betting patterns are detected.

6. Game Lobby & Casino

The Game Lobby section of BettingApp.one includes slots, Live Casino tables, Crash games, table games and Instant Win titles. All games in the lobby are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and Spribe. The following terms apply to all Game Lobby activity:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) game results — slots, table games and Instant Win titles — are produced by certified random number generators within the game software provided by the respective studio. BettingApp.one does not alter or influence game outcomes.
• Live Casino games use real physical equipment operated by trained live dealers. Game outcomes are determined by actual physical objects — cards dealt, roulette wheels spun — and are visible on the live video stream.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed and settled according to the state of play at the time of disconnection. BettingApp.one and the relevant game studio are not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Game history and session records are available in your account history section. If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact support within 72 hours with the relevant game round ID.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game round are set by the individual game and are displayed within the game interface before each round begins.

7. Bonuses & VIP Programme

BettingApp.one offers promotional bonuses and a tiered VIP Programme to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and VIP rewards:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms including eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, time limits and wagering requirements. These details are stated clearly at the point the bonus is offered or displayed in the promotions section of your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while one is already active may forfeit the previous bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements — where applicable — have been fully met.
• The VIP Programme is a tiered loyalty system. Points are earned on qualifying bets placed across Sports Betting, the Game Lobby and Bingo. Points accumulate toward your tier level — Bronze through to the highest available tier — and generate weekly PKR cashback credited every Monday.
• Weekly VIP cashback is credited to your PKR balance with no wagering requirement attached. It can be withdrawn or used for further betting and gaming without additional conditions.
• VIP tier status is assessed on a rolling basis. Failure to meet the qualifying activity threshold for your current tier during the assessment period may result in a tier reduction, which will be communicated to you in advance.
• BettingApp.one reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated and in progress unless fraud or a breach of these terms is involved.

8. Responsible Gaming

BettingApp.one is committed to providing a platform where adults can enjoy Sports Betting and gaming as entertainment within comfortable personal limits. The following tools are available to all registered players through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling period before they apply.
• Session Reminders: Configure a time-based notification to alert you after a set amount of continuous play in the Game Lobby or betting section.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily block all deposits and betting activity for a period between 24 hours and 7 days. Activates immediately when set.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a minimum of 30 days. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications are also suspended.

If you feel that your betting or gaming activity has moved beyond what you are comfortable with, we encourage you to use these tools. Betting and gaming should always be funded from disposable entertainment budget — money you can genuinely afford to use for this purpose — and never from funds set aside for essential expenses.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BettingApp.one. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools or any third-party software to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or take advantage of obvious errors in odds or game pricing.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy specifically designed to generate risk-free returns from bonuses or promotions rather than through normal competitive play.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or otherwise depositing funds of an illegal origin.
• Attempting to access, modify or disrupt any part of the platform's technical infrastructure, including any action that could be considered hacking, reverse engineering or unauthorised access.
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access your account or use the platform in any way.

10. Privacy & Data

BettingApp.one collects and processes personal data provided during registration, verification and platform use. This data is used to manage your account, process deposits and withdrawals, deliver the VIP Programme and provide customer support. Full details of how data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks and card networks) and game providers where necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data held about your account, and to request corrections where data is inaccurate. Contact support to make such a request.

11. Limitation of Liability

BettingApp.one provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• BettingApp.one is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical failures outside our direct control, or actions taken by third-party payment processors or game studios.
• BettingApp.one is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or loss of expected winnings.
• In all cases, the maximum liability of BettingApp.one to any registered user in relation to any single incident is capped at the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our direct negligence. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

BettingApp.one reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or the way the platform operates — we will attempt to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-app notification before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or corrections, the updated page will serve as sufficient notice.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through the support channels.
